How many credits does a lesson cost?
Each 50-minute live lesson costs 25 credits. Since $1 equals 1 credit, that comes out to $25 per session.
How do credit refunds work?
Any unspent credits in your account balance can be refunded to your original payment method at any time. However, credits already spent on completed lessons or digital content are non-refundable. If you cancel a lesson 12 hours in advance, the credits return to your balance and become refundable again.
Are there taxes on top of the price?
Taxes such as VAT are included in the price. There are no surprise charges, you only pay for what you see at checkout.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your monthly subscription, no further charges will occur. However, your current credits in your balance will remain valid as long as your account is not inactive for 365 days.
Do my credits expire?
Credits only expire if your account is completely inactive for 365 consecutive days. Inactivity is defined as not booking a lesson for 365 days.
Can I switch between one-time purchases and a subscription?
Yes. You can top up your balance at any time, and subscribe or unsubscribe whenever you like. Your credit balance carries over regardless of how you purchased it.
