Frequently Asked Questions

How many credits does a session cost?

Each 50-minute live session costs 25 credits. Since $1 equals 1 credit, that comes out to $25 per session.

How do credit refunds work?

Any unspent credits in your account balance can be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days of purchase. However, credits already spent on completed sessions or digital content, or purchases made more than 14 days ago, are non-refundable. If you cancel a session 12 hours in advance, the credits return to your balance and become refundable again (if still within the 14-day window). If you have a valid reason for a late cancellation, contact the tutor and he may accommodate your request at his discretion.

Are there taxes on top of the price?

Taxes such as VAT are included in the price. There are no surprise charges, you only pay for what you see at checkout.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your monthly subscription, no further charges will occur. However, your current credits in your balance will remain valid as long as your account is not inactive for 365 days.

Do my credits expire?

Credits only expire if your account is completely inactive for 365 consecutive days. Inactivity is defined as not booking a session for 365 days.

Can I switch between one-time purchases and a subscription?

Yes. You can top up your balance at any time, and subscribe or unsubscribe whenever you like. Your credit balance carries over regardless of how you purchased it.
